Three clues are expounded in this book to promote health and the self curative power of the body in the personal field: knowledge, avoiding what hurts us and incorporating what revitalizes us. We have got a long-suffering and a quite grateful body. Our fundamental fight will have to be focused on changing our habits and knowing and giving power to our own and natural systems of defence.
