The punk movement started at the end of the 70-s in the climax of a confused society, disillusioned and emerged in a new world order where it seemed that the new generations of young people had little or nothing to say. It changed the socio cultural parameters which were known until that moment. It did not offer any new alternatives and created a total refusal; a criticism and absolute disagreement, always confronted, self-excluded and separated from all the established things. When this movement started in the Basque Country, it suffered; however, a peculiar adaptation which made its speech become permeable in all the different atmospheres. It also provoked that its influence spread until the present time. The convulsed political situation; a millenary language and a tribal spirit made the punk movement write one of the most curious and beloved pages of the recent history in our country.
