In Moulines the philosopher´s point of view, nowadays, as in the XIX century, there is a ghost running through the European chancelleries. But; in this XXI century, the ghost is not communism, as Marx or Engels stated, but nationalism. Because of this, Moulines carries out a deep moral and conceptual reflection around nationalism. In his opinion, believing in the “conservationism” principle of the pure value of a essential pluralism, we have to protect the different ethnic groups and countries because they do not do any damage to anyone. Because of this and; from these pages, he tells us: “ Nations (humiliated and offended) all over the world: Join yourselves ( against the hegemonic States)”.
