Five hundred years ago, when the world was unknown and wide, Castilla and Portugal decided to divide this world into two, as if it were an apple, to swallow each piece on their own way. Castilla departed in 1519 to the south and in 1522 reached its target, which was the longest of trips made by Europeans until then. Five ships and 265 people left, and after three years, returned a single boat, full of spices, with the 18 sailors who managed to remain alive under the command of Captain Elcano. Following the sun and always sailing westward, they crossed the seas and went round the world, with the help of a secret that was hidden until now... The illustrations are by Dani Fano.
