To confront this state of affairs, the people took to the streets and, as is the norm, they were repressed. Later, a group of military men, followers of the thinking of Bolivar, rose up against the corrupt rulers and Hugo Chavez made the popular petitions his own. In this way, because the people demanded it, the new leaders of Venezuela began a series of profound changes. However, it isnt a simple task to clean out forty years of political corruption. At the same time, the privileged classes, the majority of the communications media and floods conspired against the Pacific Revolution of Chavez. The people, on the other hand, offered him their support.
