A postponed life is the chronicle of an exiled Basque son born in the USA; as well as the reflection of the circumstances which concerned to the implicated exiled people who took part in the American cause and its secret services. Through scenaries such as Paris, Rome, Belgrade and Prague the reader will travel through the map of the Basque spies movements during the Cold War with accuracy. A story from the distance and secrecy in which the character´s reflexions are mixed with the supposed photograms of a “thriller”. In the middle of this vibrant action, the young character of this postponed life swings in the paradox and systematic doubt: between the obstinated generational confrontation with his father and the most absolute dependence of each of his steps.
