He was born in 1946 in Belgium; in a small village called Gourdine. His biography, as unusual as his work, goes from journeys all through Europe to many and different jobs which; at first sight had nothing to do with the literature world ( a shepherd, a buttler, a painter, an inventor…). In 1965; and basing himself on his many different own experiences, he published his first poem book to which his first novel would follow five years later. He founded a publishing house and went on working. He was awarded for some of his works.
